I see a lot of people saying its harder now to get to high psr
For me its just the opposite :/

Yeah well, when you suck at a game, I highly doubt you will enjoy it to the point where you'll buy it. The learning curve is steep and it shows.

I ended up being at about the same PSR I was before release, but that was after like 800 games and this is after like 40.

Exact opposite for me.

Before retail I was over 1600+ for quite a while, ended up staying at 1630-1650 for like a month or so. Post release I've dropped below 1500 PSR, had like a 13 game losing streak (maybe not in a row, but like 13 games within 15 or 16 lmao).

I seem to keep getting idiots. I find even if I'm not playing suppot I have to get courier / wards just to get myself the items / jungle. Idk, even in matchmaking I get idiots.

Yeah well I gues you gotta be lucky with the players you get. I do try to compensate tho, I don't try to get the killing blow if im playing support and i always try to talk in a normal way and communicate with people.
I did have a few total noobs in my team, but since retail most can speak a fair bit of english, and if I just try to explain shit to them they seem to take advice more.

Ofcourse, there are still some 8 year old pricks who think they are tha bomb cuz they had 2k rating on their deathknights in world of fagcraft, i try to ignore them as much as i can but i admit i sometimes burst out in furious rage. lol

I think it's easier, people on your team actually know what they're doing now instead of on the Beta.

I'd say 1 in 2 games i play i get absolute fucking retards on my team, matchmaking its 2 games out of 3 if not more. You'd be amazed at how many horrible horrible people are still playing Hon. For example I played a game earlier today where I was zepher. I asked if one of the 3 int support heros we had could grab a courier, blacksmith did. Great. I asked him to share the courier and he said "no buy your own fucking courier". I then explained to him how fucking stupid it would be for a team to all purchase their own individual couriers at 200 gold each and that it is in fact a team game and there is a reason there is an option to share a courier. He strongly disagreed. So the game went on, I bought my courier, and he ended up going 0-9 or so and then ragequitting. Great.....easy win for the other team because now I'm being pulled from the jungle while they quickly and easily push towers, and my farm is compromised.

This, or something similar to this, happens to me very very often. I primarily play support heros in games unless I know for a fact that my team is absolutely retarded. If i see a bunch of 0.2 kdrs with 35 apm, 1 creep deny, and 20 creep kill average a game I will typically pick a carry or something that I would be capable of carrying with. I especially like joining BD games where my team gets first pick, and it's thrown away on a horrible fucking pick like bloodhunter or scout...

Matchmaking is absolutly fucking retarded and will probably never be balanced, the fact that they let you pick your starting psr (beginner advanced expert) or w/e it is, just shows what a bunch of fucking retards S2 is. Most decent players of course chose beginner to boost their stats and most horrific shitty garbage 1300 psr players picked expert....because they think they're good? Idk....anyways to make a long story short there are a fuckload of horrible players on hon, and the ratio is basically the same as it was in beta. I don't even think I've played a decent pub game since pre-release, and as in decent I mean where neither my team or the opposing team was getting worked from an early point in the game

I play 100% AR non-em, non-dev, non-hardcore.
I personally dont like BD since its always the same. Ban zeph/chronos/plague/hell/jeri/tempest, pick 3 ranged support/gankers a hard carry and a tank (yes there are still tanks in hon, but maybe we should call them "heros who can take a crapload of damage so you wont attack those cause its useless", but thats another discussion).
SD is mostly the same also.
