What I Am Not Looking For/Expecting:
- People under 1550 PSR. If you have 1551 feel free to apply. I do understand that PSR and KDR do not mean much but if one cannot play with pubs and get a higher rating then this, then no thanks.
- To be the best team. (Although would be nice, I am not anywhere near expecting it as I do not have 10+ hours to put into the game daily)
- People who are on for a few hours a day (Which is like 3-5 games) More time helps as well.

- Normally pretty cool dude. When someone messes up or makes a mistake I will point it out and try to make sure it never happens again (RAGEEE). I make mistakes as well, but I try to limit them.
- I am good at HoN, not great. I try to lead and explain everything. For those interested in my PSR, not that it matters but I range from 1700-1800.


I watch most of the HonCasts of the best teams and know strategies / items / hero choices. I have seen the Top Dogs play, LOADED, MILK, qUT, etc. They are much better than I, but other than a select group of teams at the TOP, the teams in the MIDDLE struggle and are definitely able to be caught up to with 5 competent players.


So if you are interested I already have a few guys and I plan to use Avid's vent or Skype or Mumble (Preference of players).

My tag is "wop". I've mostly played EM which everyone thinks is retarded or whatever. I've played over 700 games, mostly AREM so I know every hero. I've started only playing NM though, even though it doesn't make a dent in my EM %. I only play pubs, but want to get into competitive play. In NM, I usually have at least the same KDA or higher than EM. I've watched probably 10+ HoN casts so far. Like 5 years ago I played competitive CS. I can be very competitive and dedicated. Before HoN, I played DotA for like a year, although, not competitively. I'm in Cali and I'm 21.
