I run an end-game Stormweaver Spark build with a double CoC setup (1x CoC, 1x CoA).
I can guide you through leveling with it (as a sorcerer) you'll one-shot mobs from level 1 (5x chain), Paired with poe2 overlay it gets fast. You'll hit level 60 in about 4 hours, and from there I can boost you all the way to 90.

Pros: one of the best builds in the game 200% deli max moded map or any pinacle boss is perma freeze and dead with infinite damage loop.
Cons: pricey
