gear worth around 1k div

flys through t16 200% deli, t17 200% admittedly i die 1 in every 8 or so maps (no bricking affixes so i don't read them) but still able to rip through them pretty well

build revolves around flicker strike however could be swapped to any version of the meta ele whirling builds using the same gear besides chest (however i have a 100d chest up for sale i could include as part of the total purchase that would work very well in one of those builds)

dm to get pobbin and/or setup a streamed watch of the build in action/verify stats and gear

price 10k (1:10) or 10800 with chest (charging you 80d as it saves me the hassle of selling in game)

edit as my dumb ass assumed everyone used irradiate so i thought t15 was understood to be lv 80 mobs
