Not great not horrible probably a div or two.
Pathfinders using this helm probs want higher es, higher res or rarity
Energy recharge is not a wasted mod but it's not wanted either
Mana is a semi wasted mod.


Just find something similar without the mana and es recharge and price it accordingly
