I’ve done everything on this char except T2 - T4 Arbiter. Swapping to spark bloodmage for it. Lvl 96, all atlas points done, T4 Xesht, T4 Olroth, T4 King of the mists, T4 Simulacrum all done and T0 arbiter.

All res capped including chaos, 13.1k ES

Check out the full build on poe ninja but theres an additional jewel in the Phyllactery thats not showing up.

Jewel has - 20% max energy shield, 4% cast speed, 13% energy shield recharge rate and 2% mana on kill.

Estimated build cost - 160div
