Surely someone wants this bow, you could fire only Iceshot even with bosses! No need for Barrage or Mark, kills everything.

I don't think any iceshot builds are going to care about the IAS tbh, most are going to go pathfinder and would want the stats aldur legacy over ias. but gl with sale!
