And it's okay to have wants, we all have wants, and God would love to give you what you want. You're His child, He loves you, and He wants to make you happy. But it does sound like to me that will be a fight for you: putting God over the fact you want a girlfriend. Paul said I fought a good fight, I have kept the faith. We are all battling things that bother us. So just fight through brother, pray and ask God to help you, seek his face. I can plant the seed, I can water the seed, but only the Lord can cause it to grow. You got this man.
