i often have strong feelings in my heart about other people that are very loving and compassionate. it's a really good feeling to have but it's also kind of sympathetic as well.

sometimes i'll see someone that isn't well off and might have on a t-shirt that is kinda out of style but i look at it like who cares if that shirt is out of style! that's his/her shirt and the person enjoys wearing it.

it's really hard to explain my feelings of love and compassion through text without sounding like i'm trolling but i did talk to my mom about it a few years ago and she told me that the feeling was from God. (i've been saved since before i was even born but that's another story.)

i pray to God every day in the name of Jesus to guide me and give me strength to be a better person and i honestly feel that my feelings of love and compassion are feelings from God.

do you guys ever have strong waves of love and compassion go through your heart as well?

it kind of feels like when you fall in love with your partner in a relationship but it's just an in general feeling.

Amen brother. I also feel this way too, but Ive also learned you have to be wise with who you open up your heart to. The bible says guard your heart, for out of it flows the issues of life. Some people can drag you down if your aren't careful !! Trust me haha I've had to learn my lesson about this a time or two .. Glory be to God He showed me.

I sure do man. That's a gift from God and that feeling is amazing. I genuflect numerous times throughout the day because I see less fortunate people in difficult situations all the time. Not only that, I just often take deep breaths and thank him for the day, the moment. Your love and compassion is God sent, that's without a doubt. Sometimes it can get taken advantage of so just always think before you act. It's a beautiful thing to have God on your side. People can preach and preach about coming on this side but not everyone chooses that route. Sometimes it takes longer for others to come into God's hands. God will take you when he is ready. He is using you to influence the world. Unfortunately, many don't ever enter his house. I however did commit years ago and I've watched him do amazing things. Continue to be yourself and the good person that you are. We need more people like you in this world. God bless.

i agree with you about being wise to whom you open your heart too. there are very few in my current life that i don't feel comfortable sharing my feelings with though.

i generally try to do my best to give the best advice through words and actions.



i try to be the best person that i can be and i understand that it's not the same as being a good person can be without God in your heart.

i see God's work everyday and feel his presence all the time.

i make mistakes all the time and i apologize daily for my sin and ask to help me be a better person.

i feel like i have God in my heart but at the same time i feel like i'm fighting so many demons.

Ha you guys are awesome. Just reading what you guys have to say really encourages me to continue living my life for Christ no matter how tough it gets. And it's good when the devil fights against you, when He's not fighting you, that's when you should start worrying. I'm currently fighting the devil myself and going through hell but I can't help to smile and hold my head up because I know all this is happening because I've decided in my heart to follow Christ. A friend of mine sent me a few scriptures that helped me make it through my current tribulations, so you may find that they help you also !!!!

yes good people are heard to find and few between. that iv seen. i like to think im a good person. i was raised to have morals. reasontly tho i do feal like i get my good fealings more n from somewhere... i wana say the good lord is looking on me. but i dont want to sound cheesy. cus i dont think iv bin to church since my baptismal.
