so just sort of trying to get some response because i am questioning myself of what heaven is, and whether or not it's something I even want anymore

Would you like to go to heaven when you die? and why?

i should probably be asking a representative of the church huh

Kind of a silly question to ask of Christians.

you choose in every moment of your life where you want to go after death: heaven or hell. God lets you make your choise.

seems to me you don't have good reasons to go to heaven... do you choose to go to hell then ? start killing people or do other bad evil things then.

if you do decide you want in heaven, start repenting your sins and doing good deeds.

so is that it then? the only reasons you desire heaven is that it's better than eternal torture?

i just dont think bliss sounds all that great i thought there might be something i'm missing. to be quite honest it sounds dreadful.
please do not call my ethics in to question though. life's a lot more complicated than a few commandments. I do right by others as a matter of pride, not obligation.

many people have different reasons, to go to heaven. seems like fear of torture could be it.

for me, I just want to be near God. I need Him badly!

do your best for yourself and your neighbor.
have an unblemished moral conduct.
even if all the adversities of life is hard, do your best.
attitude when sincere and honest from the heart, this will become pure.
this is the way.
THE kingdom of heaven is within each one of us. seek it.
