So, GOD choses us, we do not chose him, true believers become reborn thru the baptizism of GOD, the holy spirit and with fire (guilt) with the holy spirit, which allows us to understand GODs word.


None of this accepting GOD into your heart nonsense, it's not our choice to be saved or not, it's GODs


the bible also talks with several verses about being ordained by GOD before the world

it also refers to true believers as saints, meaning set apart. We are gods sheep and he is our shepard


" For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world."--John 17:16..... Talking about the saints of GOD (true believers), saints meaning set apart.

We're all worthy of hell/eternal damnation, it comes through GOD that we are saved. We need a savior, we cannot save ourselves or work your way into heaven.

Pray to GOD that he saves you, and pray to jesus for help/understanding/guidance

God saves us because we work toward it though. He's not going to save someone who doesn't put in effort toward being saved. It's our responsibility because of our free will, to be the best people that we can be for our Lord.

GOD will save whom he chooses. Obviously we work towards serving GOD. but GOD can save anyone. the point is it's not our choice to be saved,it's whoever GOD picks.

Through grace and faith. He is the path we are required to take. Its not him CHOOSING to save you or not. He opened the door and it is our duty to walk through or not.

wrong, it's not our choice who is saved or not, it's GODs. the bible perfectly shows that. Although, those who are saved usually follow after GOD and bring forth fruit. but that doesn't mean they wont stray from GOD, everyone sins, no1 is perfect. It says

"be ye therefor perfect as our father in heaven", BUT, it's talking about the spirit being perfect, thru GOD in whoever is saved by GOD

that makes it feel a little bias. i don't believe God favors one of us over another. i believe he is willing to open the doors to heaven to each and every one of us, as long as we show him that we are worthy of receiving his grace. after all, he created each and every one of us for a reason

Well it's GOD working through you, that allows you to do good works/deeds/bear fruit. Not of our own accord


Anything of our own accord would be corrupt, as we are inherently sinful from the downfall of adam/eve


Also, no1 is worthy of GOD. We are made worthy thru him.

No hun. God gave his only son for us to choose to find salvation or not. As i said hes an open door we either go through or walk away from. If he chose then its all a lotto basically that totally counteracts the "fair and just" view.

you believe we can't choose to do good things on our own free will to show obedience to God?
the only reason people do anything good at all is because God is controlling our actions?

I believe that God granted us all free will, and wants to test our intentions. he wants us to show him that we CAN make the right choices, and that's what will determine whether or not he opens the gates to Heaven for us
