God created everything in existence. Everything you know and everything, this is important, that your mind can conjure up as a thought, is a result of the creation that Christ has made.
Everything you fear and love was created by God. If everything in this finite world that your brain comprehends was created by God, how can you fear any of it?
Your fear may not be physical. It may be mental. You have anxiety and its producing thoughts. You fear the anxiety perhaps. Did it ever occur to you that your relationship with God has never been closer than when you are experiencing extreme anxiety?
Francis Chan spoke about a few men that were imprisoned for their Christianity. While they were imprisoned they never lost the faith and it drove them to be closer to God than ever before. They became completely reliant on Him and their acts showed it. One prison mate was being starved by the prison so the Christian prisoners gave their food up daily and went without so that this person could survive. It was a horrible horrible life- he goes way more in depth about it but I wont.
A decade or more after the prisoners were set free, they met up. One asked the rest- dont you sometimes wish that we were back in that prison? They were stunned. He explained his thoughts- dont you realize that was closest with Christ you ever were? Every torturous minute was Hell but they placed their faith 100% in Christ and persevered. He wasnt just referring to surviving barely. He went on to say the torture they went through was nothing if it brought them closer to Christ. It brought them to Jesus. They were fulfilled. Genuinely.
Take your anxiety and literally Give it to God.
Call on Him to take the anxiety from you as it states in to do so in the Bible.
Phillipians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Je

You were not created to handle the anxieties of life. The anxieties were ALLOWED TO EXIST in your brain and in this world BY GOD. He allowed our brains to conjure such thoughts.
If he allowed such thoughts to exist, what do you fear? Drop your guard. Break down and let Jesus take the anxiety from you life.
Present your trouble to the Lord and receive His gift through faith alone.
After you have done that, quit being stubborn. You have given your anxieties to the Lord God Almighty; the creator of every mental construct your brain has learned. Now that you have given it to Christ, place your faith accordingly. Place your faith in Jesus and know that He is greater than any fear you have. The fight that you are trying to fight has already been won. It was over well before you imagined it.
Hopefully you will see that you have only become more reliant on Christ in your troubles. Realize that is the best thing that has ever happened to you. I assure you Hell will be worse than any anxiety you are experiencing.
Jesus has fought and won the war. The battle is over and He has prevailed. Stop fighting a fight that has already been won. Stop fighting a fight that only Jesus can fight in.
