How Does One Find Faith - Topic

I want to be with God, and find him somehow. I've tried to find faith, but I feel like I can't say I believe because I just don't. How can I find faith on my own? I don't want to go to church to find God, because I want to find Him on my own way. Will He just come to me in time?

Read the gospel. It's God that lights the faith in the heart of man. No human can decide that they want to belive, it's all Gods action that makes a person belive.
