seems to be he actually was trying to build a building specificly for bible study in his back yard along with claiming it as tax excempt, and not just holding prayer meetings, amongst other thigns he was trying to get away with.

I think this is absurd. I think theres more here than what they are saying.
Theres worse places than this. They are complaining to complain.
Its ridiculous to think this can happen.

This was thoroughly debunked on the PARD forum last year. The guy was trying to cram 40+ people into his house for Bible study sessions, which is against city code, like the above post said. This has *nothing* to do with religion whatsoever. They could be watching movies or reading books and they would have STILL been in trouble.

They're actually being fined because he's a repeat offender. They've been told time and time again that it's against city code but kept ignoring it. This guy deserves what he got for being a stubborn idiot.
