So, according to those type of religions when you die you go to heaven or hell and stay there for eternity.
This would then mean every new body that comes into this life, "God" would have to create a new soul for that body.

Don't you think heaven and hell would get incredibly packed? Or is heaven and hell more of an idea created by each individual?
Do souls die off eventually, as taught by those religions? How does this work?

I'v personally heard it said more often then not that heaven and hell is a state of mind.

For me it's about perfection and my goal to one day achieve it. Heaven would be the day I achieve it.

Questions I often find myself asking are something like this "Is it possible for a being to actually achieve perfection?"

I watched this documentary about these kids getting memories of past life's. From the documentation the kids would love there lives like a normal human once they achieved ibg they wanted to do. One set of parents did a bunch of research and found this guy's sister and once they met they talked liked they knew each other for years and years. The kid was only 6. His so called past life sister is well 70+

Heaven and Hell is not a "state of mind" since they are both described vividly in the bible. There will be more people in Hell then there will be in Heaven. God has prepared them both and the size will not be a concern.
