i dont think it goes to either hell or heaven
maybe god gives it another chance in another body?

It states in the bible that when a young child dies, he goes directly into heaven.

His question wasn't about a young child, though.
He was asking about an aborted child during pregnancy.

An aborted child is still a child nonetheless. And a young child at that.
I'm pretty sure that when the aborted child dies he goes directly to heaven.
