Love One Another
"...add to your...brotherly kindness love" (2 Peter 1:5, 7)
Love is something most of us don't understand. Luke 14:26 shows us that Christ is to always be number one in our lives. Upon receiving the Holy Spirit it becomes easy to put Jesus Christ first in your life (Romans 5:5). Adding what 2 Peter 1 says, knowledge of God and Jesus among other things to your life, will allow this love to be worked out in your life. God loves you because of His nature, not because you deserve it or are even lovable. John 15:12 tells you to love one another as He loves us. Look within and always remember how wonderfully and patiently He dealt with you especially when you have an unusually difficult person you deal with in your life. God's divine love and your natural love in you only grow if you nurture it. You must discipline yourself so you can identify closely with Jesus so that His life and His sweetness are continually poured out through you.
Thanks for this, God is great
