While at mass on Easter,an older priest was talking about Jesus and his crusifiction.
He had with him an idol of Jesus on the cross without any arms and in German writing something along the lines of :

"Lend me your hands so we may ....."

I think the rest contained something like "save the world " or something similar.

The idol was somewhat like this but obviously proffesionally done


Does anyone by chance know the rest of that writing?It's really been bothering me
