First off Last rights is mainly used in the Catholic beliefs, not Christian. Despite what is said Christian and Catholic beliefs differ (although Catholics can be saved).
It was a nice attempt at a troll though, try harder next time, don't give up buddy!
This post makes you seem both arrogant and damning. The word you were grasping for was "Protestant." It's either Catholic or Protestant. Both belong to Christianity. It's really hard to take people seriously when they have no idea whatsoever about their own belief.
I suspect atheists and agnostics use examples like you in in defense of their beliefs. I don't blame them.
To answer the OP, this is one is of the problems dogmatic institutions encounter. The Catholic Church, for example, if they had excommunicated you (not sure how frequently this happens any more) then no, you would be denied the sacrament of Last Rites (or Anointing of the Sick) as it's sometimes called. The idea is that to have been cast out of the Faith the Church have assumed you've turned your back on God, and they rightly, turn their back on you.
I think most people in modern civilization, except for the born-again crusaders like the one I quoted, generally except that contrition is the way to Salvation. In other words, should you reconcile your sins with Gods, you shall be absolved as was promised by Christ.
Hope that helps.
