I also looked at tons of pornography prior to rededicating to Christ. I have not seen anything "Pokemon" related but I did leave resources to check, I didn't just make those up.

Sexual repression can lead a person to damage him or herself far more than a slackening of 'character' can. Some times a healthy libido, practiced in moderation, can avoid undue stress that would manifest itself self destructively or worse, otherwise.

Another good add on to this would be to listen to John Piper's sermon called "dealing with the guilt of sexual failure."
