Looks good overall! Nice work

Once saved always saved for sure! :) God isn't going to mess up.

If someone says otherwise, they were never genuinely saved in the first place. Jesus told us that too :)

"Those who departed out from among us were never of us to begin with"

That's what's so great about his awesome salvation, he transforms the heart. Radically & irreversibly.

I actually COMPLETELY disagree with once saved always saved (but I didn't feel the need to put that on the site), that is a complete lie. Let's look into the unforgivable sin. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. You can't blaspheme the Holy Spirit if He's not IN YOU. Which means my Biblical outlook, Christians who get extremely close to God in there walk (very mature), than walk away from God blasheme. And it's not that they can't get saved again, it's the fact they would need something more extravagant than Jesus' death on the cross, which can't happen. Our flesh is always trying to take over. So if what you say is true (once saved always saved) most people would become saved and soon after let the flesh take over, go party, have sex whenever, do drugs, whatever they wanted and could stop following God completely and go to heaven. Doesn't make sense to me.

But I think I will add a note about the unforgivable sin and maybe if people are curious they can contact me (since it's hard to explain that to a new Christian.)
EDIT- Added this line (Note: There is one unforgivable sin which can be found in Matthew 12:31-32, Mark 3:29, Luke 12:10, for more information on it feel free to EMAIL ME!)

"But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin." - Mark 3:29 (NIV)

"And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven." Luke 12:10 (NIV)

"And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven." Matthew 12:31 (NIV)

My denomination is Non-denominational ;)

Your doctrinal statements on your website just seemed to line up with that of the Baptist denomination :P

I too do not believe in the "once saved always saved" doctrine. My philosophy is a little more simple than yours. Once we are Christians we are to produce fruit. (Galatians 5:22-23) The Holy Spirit helps us develop these fruit. Once we no longer produce this fruit, we can no longer be "recognized" as a Christian. (Luke 6:44)

Matthew 7:19 also says
Quote
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

If this was true I would be going to Hell because I was saved young, and as my site states, I went through a long time of drugs, sex, etc. (not denying Christ but certainly not producing fruit.) I can sense the Holy Spirit inside me and I talk with God and (if you read my blog, He hears me!)

I just can't believe you can lose your salvation, maybe it's because of the dramatic change and u turn on the road of life that happened when I was saved, but every single day I hate sin more because it's a curse, and God chastises when you sin.

Not only that but you get to the point where you can't sin, because Jesus living in you doesn't want it.

He changed our wants to his wants, and that's what it is to be saved.

For example, the flesh could not take over now because I'm born of the spirit, and the flesh can only go away.

We are not born again and again and again and again and again. It's a one time thing. If anyone is in Christ, they have eternal life, and eternal life means eternal life.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but just read mine and really contemplate what I'm saying for a few mins.

Peace brothers! :)

Read mine and contemplate it. No one EVER becomes sinless, everyone sins. Do you get to a point where you barely sin? I'm sure you do. The flesh is always trying to take over, the way we create the opposite of that is by spending time with God, reading the Bible, ect. Your right we are not born again, it only happens once, and you can sin a ton (like I did and still be saved), but if you become a mature Christian and lose your salvation (blasphemy) you can not become saved again. Salvation is a one time thing, and if you lose it, it is impossible to regain.

Torm1: 1 Corinthians 6:8-10 -- this makes it pretty clear that you can lose your salvation. This whole chapter is referring to saved Christians, and being critical of them to ensure we do not slip back into a lifestyle of contemptuous/intentional sin.

This doesn't mean permanent loss, of course, but while one is intentionally turning their back on God and/or not following His covenants.

So are you saying you become saved, becoming unsaved, than it's POSSIBLE to repeat? I disagreeif so, you only gain the Holy Spirit once, when you turn your back the Holy Spirit doesn't leave you unless you blaspheme and once that happens you can't regain him.
