Forgive me as i'm not really into all of this stuff, i don't really believe in either heaven or hell. But a couple curious questions if i did.

1. If God created Earth, did he create the Devil as well?

2. If God is willing to forgive anyone for their Sins..who choose's who goes to Heaven or Hell? Or would it be all based upon the person if they ask for forgiveness or not?

1) Im gonna let somone else try to help you on that :P

2) Im not not quite sure what you mean? God will judge us when we meet one day when we die, we will stand before him in righteousness (2 corthinas 5:12) "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad."

God ultimately chooses who goes to heaven or hell, but Heaven is not a easy place to get into , as:
Matthew 19:24

Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.

But it does depend if they asked for forgiveness or not.. you must be saved and have the holy ghost in you before going to heaven (I believe) but Catholics and others will tell you other Strict doctrine that you must need to have inorder to be saved, but as a Christian for only 4years (Myself) I believe you must follow the bible to the best of your abilities, pray every night and simply just let God into your heart and strive to lead others to Christ instead of leading yourself to physical joy (Or Mental joy). (Don't be over confidence but boast in your weakness if you will)

Hope that helps a little Decadence

1: As far as Lucifer is concerned, God created him as a beautiful angel, but he also had free will and decided to exalt himself and rebel against God.

"I will exalt my throne above the heavens & be like the most high." - Lucifer

2: As Highschoolturd was saying, its very difficult to get into the kingdom of heaven,

for example, Jesus said: "The path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter into it. But the way is narrow that leads to life, and few will actually find it."

We can easily see that in this modern day society, most people are on the broad road that leads to destruction. There are very few who have actually given their lives to Jesus.

Hopefully that helps a bit, I'm just going by what has happened to me, I was a pretty bad sinner and really broken. Did a lot of stuff & I called on the name of the Lord after. "He who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."

God bless!

we need to analyze very judiciously and always use common sense rational.
based on your first question, it would be incoherent to say that God in his infinite wisdom and his perfect attributes, would be able to create a spirit predestined to evil.

only if you forgive someone, when you're offended.
based on this principle of course, God will never feel offended by our mistakes.

what God gives us are numerous opportunities to repair our faults and walk the road of evolution.

The bible talks about each of these questions.

1. The book of Ezekiel talks about the origins of Satan. Lucifer was an angel. The greatest, and most beautiful of all. Basically, he thought he was better than God, and tried in some respect to over-throw God, and ultimately was given hell. (Ezekiel 28, and i think Isaiah talks about it as well.)

2. We ultimately decide whether we go to heaven or hell in the sense that we are offered salvation. Not by works, but by the given grace of God. Ephesians 2 talks about this a bit, as well as Hebrews 2. The point of Christ, was to be a median between us and God. We don't "earn" heaven", its offered. Paul talks about in Galations about how when we live by the law (Old Testament law) we are also condemned by it. When we break 1 commandment, we break them all. Which is why Jesus was sent, ultimately to fulfill these laws, so we don't have to. If we seek Jesus, we will find him. (Jeremiah 29:12-14)
