He was born in the middle east. How could he be white like everyone seems to think he is.

The New Testament includes no information regarding the physical appearance of Jesus, as far as I know.
Except for some parts where he took an non-earthly form.

Not like it's relevant to me how much pigment he had. Or what the color of his footwear were.

Then why does everyone assume he was white? and some people even think i was born in the us..

Then why in ALL the churches ive ever seen is he white when there was no possible way at the time he could have been?

There are multiple representations of Jesus' skin color.

I suppose it could be chalked up to some prior feelings of superiority amongst the races

I thought he was Mexican

that would explain so much.....

The picture of Jesus is the worldly view of Jesus. He may not have looked like that exactly but based on the shape of the skull because of where he was born the Scientists and Researchers can work out that Jesus may have looked something very similar to the face that they have put on him.
