I've been having weird dreams lately... I mean, really weird dreams. I am athiest (please don't flame), but lately the same dream keeps repeating itself again and again. I do not know if it is a sign or stress, but I will describe in detail what happens.

It starts out as a normal day at my home. Everything is fine. I have a few friends come over to party, then an outbreak of tornadoes (so to speak) happen. The news flares about these. Then one of them tear open my apartment and start destroying everything. My friends are sucked into the vortex, but... I kneel down and prayed that God would save me, and the vortex disappears. A friend that was late arrived and wondered what happened. I explained to him what happened and he said I was silly. Out of nowhere, the vortex instantly takes him and leaves me. I wondered if it was my sudden belief of God that kept me alive.

So I ask: is this a sign or is this stress-related? I'm confused and scared at the same time that this dream repeats itself every night...

IMO I think it's a sign that god might be trying to talk to you before something actually happens IRL. But you have to accept him in your heart, he is always there just waiting for you to let him in, you need to give your heart to him, do you have a local church that you live around? or any friends that are christians, trying telling them what happended they can help you too, god bless

None of my friends are Christians, so I cannot turn to them. There's a church two miles from me, but I couldn't muster up the courage to head there and talk to the priest about these dreams. This is the first place I turned to before I thought about heading to the local church.

Priest? You mean pastor? ^^ playing WOW to much?

What about your family? I mean your "family"... sister/brother/dad/mom/uncle/relatives, not just your mom

That... I don't feel like getting into in public. Rather saddening to be honest. And sorry, it's late night and I'm fighting sleep to avoid this dream again. Forgive me on the mix-up between priest and pastor.

NN To worry mate, was just giving you a hard time. Honestly all I could say is try to pick up a bible somewhere man, if you got a phone u can download it np there's plenty of apps in the android market, I actually got saved because I almost died (Was a life/death experience) but I know If I didn't have my pastor with me I probably would not be a christian right now, so I really think it's important for you to go to your local church man 2mile drive is well worth it mate, just get started get to know people introduce yourself, they are really nice. And just try give your life over to him, I know it sounds corny trying to get u to turn into a christian over some gaming forum, but it's the truth mate and it will set you free and give you eternal salvation/life for eternity in heaven, you just need to give your life to god and accept he is jesus christ and he died for your sins.

Thanks for your kind words, mate. I'll take all of this into thought. Maybe I can start tomorrow night by heading to the church. A lot of pain has happened to me in my lifetime and if you want to ask about it, feel free. I'll message you it.

To be honest, I used to believe in God, but tragedy after tragedy later I lost my faith for all the bad things in my life. These dreams have been happening for a week straight now so it's hitting me somewhat hard.

It could be that God is showing you that we're nearing the end of the age.

He is the shelter in the storm, the salvation of everyone who believes. If you come to a relationship in Jesus Christ and repent of your sinful nature as a human, He will be your refuge and strength.

We care coming close to the time now, and he is calling out many of his chosen to give up the self & humble themselves before His righteousness & glory. To come away from the evil ways of this world, and give up the pride of the self & man's ways.
