Turns out there is none good but God.

Even our so called "good works" are as filthy rags in the sight of a holy & righteous God.

Yep.

I saw this at our church a few months ago and found it on Youtube a few weeks ago and thought some other people might enjoy watching it.

This is what lead me away from my catholic faith. Some of the most honest, nicest people I know don't follow a religion. Till this day, I haven't found one christian that could amount to what they have done in their life. Yet they still are "not good enough"
Makes no logical sense to send these people to "Hell" because they don't believe.

It's sad that you look at it like that.

I've never found anyone that can give me any info that actually makes sense. Hard to change my opinion on a matter in that case.

The reason they say they would go to hell is:

Sin seperates us from God.
Only way to have that sin removed is by being baptized for the remission of sins.
I did not watch this video and I am not defending it. I am simply letting you know why people say what they say about those people.

You can look up the thread on salvation I posted but

Matthew 28:
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

The point of all this is obedience. We do it because we are commanded to do it. That is why people say what they say about people who are not in the Church.

Understand that. But It's hard to live my life following a god that punishes good people that think differently. Hard to dedicate your life when the only evidence out there is revised scripture thats how old.
