God cannot exist because there is too much pain and suffering in the world.

If you look around, you'll see many of good christians suffer great things.
And if you look around again, you'll see many good things happen to such bad people.
Why?

You often pray to God this; God, Why did you let this happen to me.. Why!

So the answer is.. God gives you suffering and pain so that you will hold on to him more and more.
He is training you to only look to him during troubles and harships. If God gave you everything you ever
desired, you wont look to him once you achieve the desired things.

Before asking God "Why?'
Let God ask you, "Do you trust me?"

Thats the real question. And once you say yes to that qeustion, nothing else matters.

God often gives the biggest burdens to whom that can handle it most.
In my relationship with god, I don't ask why, but know it's the divine plan.
Just accept it and know it will some how prepare/teach me for future trials, triumphs or tribulations.

On the flip side, we are the ones who destroyed God's perfect creation. We gave ourselves these burdens. God uses our own brokenness for good. Don't ever get it twisted in your head that God's original plan was to use pain and suffering for good.

The Reason for God by Timothy Keller gives 6 main objections to the Christian faith and he talks with nonbelievers about these objections. Good segments and discussions. :)
