The thought of being baptised for remissions of sins is wrong, its a proclamation of faith. Being baptized does NOT get you into heaven
I am a Baptist.
Very true.
Babies and young children that were not baptized can still make it to heaven.
Even the thief on the cross went to heaven and was not baptized.
A lot of people believe it is a requirement to enter heaven but it really is not. However, you should seek reaching to becoming baptized if you weren't already. Do it when you feel you are ready and when the times is right for you.

I have been to a few different churches, right now I've been attending one where the bible is sincerely preached without compromise.
They preach on sin without compromising to the world. Its non-denominational I think, we never really talk about denomination, and its not in a church building, its more of a gathering like in the 1st century.
A lot of people there who have been through some really rough stuff, almost everyone is a true born from above Christian, its quite amazing, there are few like it in these last days of apostacy.
I am in the same boat as you. But there is a difference between a non denominational and an interdenominational. The place I go to is more interdenominational and we do not speak on denominations there. We just preach the Bible and we worship together. After going to soooo many churches with different denominations I think I've finally found one I'm content with.
