I didn't think to post in pard because I'm not trying to start a flame war. I am just looking to see if anybody wants to share their thoughts on this (I understand if no one does, that is no problem).

So you're standing in the election booth, faced with the question of who to pick for prez. You have two choices:

Candidate A

(Who adheres more closely to ideology of the bible, i.e. abortion - wrong / gay marriage - wrong / etc, but has less of a chance of leading towards security and prosperity)

Candidate B

(Vice versa of candidate A ; looser adherance to ideaology, more likely of leading towards security and prosperity)

Yes, from the ideaology comment, one can construe A is republican and B is a democrat. I don't really care about those labels though. I'm not saying a republican president will lead the country to ruin either. How do you weigh these candidates as a Christian?

As an intrusion from a pard troll, I think the correct question is are you, as a christian, morally obligated to weigh the candidate as a christian? Would your religion allow you to vote for a candidate based on his political merits and beliefs independently of religion?

I don't think there will be an election.

And as far as I'm concerned, I don't care. They all serve the same agenda, they are forming a One World Government beast system & want to start wiping out billions of people soon.

As long as you and your family/friends live and breathe, I think you should care a little. If they are going for world domination, they will probably do so in a more subtle and seductive fashion.
