We shouldn't hate the sinners, but rather hate the sin.

yes homosexuality is wrong, but we should love them anyways. There is tons of books and sermons on converting from homosexuality.

but once again, God doesnt hate the sinners, he hates the sin! so should we.

Well yeah, most of them have a burdened conscience already, because God tells us whats right and wrong on the tablet of our hearts.

The bible says that we are to flee sexual sin.

Jesus said, "If your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out, for it is better to enter into heaven with 1 eye, than to enter hell with both."

Homosexuality is a sin just as is lust or adultery, or even lying... All humans have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God, and are in need of redemption; a savior.

I don't want homosexual's telling me or my family what to do therefore I don't tell them what to do or how to live.

I keep to myself my thoughts on homosexuality.

Like many traditional thinking men I have been blessed with a girlfriend and daughter who have much more love in their hearts than I do.

I would like to think that God is more like them than me. In the end I think he will be.

Do you want them to tell you every little thing you do wrong? I didn't think so.

You cannot save them, only God can. However, our responsibility is to go into "all the world," not to pick and choose. If you feel God wants you to witness to somebody that is homosexual, there is nothing wrong with that.

Here's the thing, if someone who is homosexual claims to be a Christian, it would be okay to call them out on their sins, as long as it's in a manner that is above reproach and is only for edification.

At the same time, you can't do that if you are living in sin because you need to correct your own sin first. (And yes I mean living in habitual sin rather than sin that everyone commits)

On the flip side, if the person is a non-Christian, I don't feel it is your duty to correct that person's sin unless they have a direct relationship with you (no homo), but even then it is still iffy.

Sinners are going to sin, they don't have the same standards as Christians, therefore you shouldn't correct them.

God wants "all men to be saved, and to come to a knowledge of the truth." "All men" means everybody, including homosexuals.

Rebuke, but do not be lead in anger. We should hate the sin just as our father hates the sin, however we must forgive that of the sinner just as the father forgave the sinner.
