I think I have a few times on here, when I have more time, I'll tell you about it.

I was 23. (26 now) The U-Turn on the road of life is pretty amazing. Like night and day.

I was with some christian friends on a hammock outside late at night. We were all looking up at the night sky, all silent and about to fall asleep.

I remember my friend telling me how he got saved. He asked God, "if you're real show me a shooting star." He got to see one and soon after got saved.

So I asked for the same thing hoping to see one. Few minutes later, I see a lot of movement in the sky. I pay closer attention, but wasn't really sure if they were shooting stars. I asked my friends and they said they were - there must have been dozens of them.

Knowing me, I doubted and kept questioning and doubted some more. Just then I see a HUGE meteor or comet that lit up the sky. It was just for a second, but it was so beautiful - like big ball with red/blue fire streaking behind it.

At that moment, I knew God must be real.

I'm glad that did it for you.

i went to a prototype church. We had a band. Speaker paused Med School to give us the word.
When i left the singer had just switched to a 8th grader. Both were great and so was the speaker.

9 years its been, yet the way it hit me, i feel it still

When back to visit one summer, the church was still a church but i knew immediately it changed by 75% .
Another church very similiar formed somewhere else i was. Successful for 3+ years but it withdrew too.

Don't ever take your magical speakers for granted

I read in a news article a mother and 2 children died in a car accident, that's when I knew

This is a pretty common accusation from the unbeliever.

"If God is a loving god, why does evil and bad things exist in the world."

First off, cars are made by man. Second of all, this is a fallen creation, which is why the process of redemption is taking place. As we read in Revelation 21, "he will wipe away all the tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, nor pain, nor sadness, for the former things have passed away".

why do you question my belief?
and everything is made by the hand of god. Even the iron bent into specific objects, by thoughts god knew man was going to have when he created us.
