Jesus specifically stated in Matthew 5:17-20:
17"Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.

There are a lot of people that can't afford to survive hardly, let alone give a tithing, does it fall under a sin if you don't do it because you literally cannot survive if you do?

I'm tired of hearing all these people excuses they say they "can't afford to tithe". YOU CAN'T AFFORD NOT TO TITHE!!!

When you tithe, it's not just some thing your supposed to give to God, You get something out of it.

Malachi 3:10
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

When you don't tithe, your denying yourself financial freedom and prosperity and a blessing that you can't even hold.

I attended one of his conferences and it was VERY powerful, healing was EVERYWHERE. The deaf could hear, the lame walked. From what i've seen he isn't a false prophet.



Do you think churches are free to run? God says bring the tithe into the church so that the church can keep running.. some churches go under and some have 10,000 members. People will go where they like the Word, praise and people the best.

One other thing to add that you incorrectly stated: The OT has many accounts of the tithing's being in monetary form (coffers), which were to be used to rebuild the temple, and pay people for their labor.
