What are your views on this video as a christian?

Please watch it fully and share your thoughts, this is in no way insulting Christianity,
simply shows the difference between teaching children science vs religion, I found the video disturbing.

Wow! Whoever compiled this video is drawing from two HUGE extremes. The first extreme is Carl Sagan, who was a strong naturalist. He proclaimed, "The cosmos is all there is, or ever was, or ever will be." The other extreme is this clip from the film Jesus Camp, which in many regards is not considered morally right or even Christian for that matter.

Let me first say something about Carl Sagan. Like I mentioned above, I believe he was largely mistaken about his assumption that naturalism was a sound philosophy. On the other hand, Carl Sagan is so well known because he really popularized the study of astronomy and brought it to all sorts of audiences. I do not have anything against teaching science in schools. Many people think you need to either teach science or religion because the unjustified assumption is that they are incompatible. Of course, they are not. Science needs to be taught in our schools, but I must stress, it must be taught correctly.

Regarding the second bit of the Jesus Camp film, I strongly attest this film as a Christian. KoE, you have a right to be disturbed about what you saw. I was as well. We must concede that what these adults were (and possibly still are) teaching these children and young adults is fundamentally and objectively unbiblical, and outright wrong. For anybody reading this post, including you KoE, please do not mistake what you saw in the last portion of the above video to be the standard practices of Christianity. They are not. These individuals are only a small minority of Christian denominations, who (in my belief) are fundamentally flawed in their doctrines and practices. I'm not here for a theological debate, but I do not agree with many of the practices of the Charismatic denomination, which is the movement the individuals in the latter portion of the video are involved in.

You are right KoE, this is not insulting Christianity. It does not insult Christianity because most Christians do not practice such indoctrination.

I want to say something of the worship and prayers of the children, however. I do not have anything against them being excited, jumping, praying out loud, and crying. It is clear that they were sincere. Jesus even said we are to be as the little children. However, there is a difference between a child-like faith and a childish faith. The adults leading this camp are childish theologically, but I see no reason to condemn the children for their sincere worship just because those leading them were cracks.

Perhaps I will be the only one who posts about this, so I hope you consider my thoughts KoE. As a Christian, I am also disturbed by the Jesus Camp movie. At the same time, I don't think children in our schools need to be indoctrinated in our secular schools to believe that naturalism is the only viable philosophy in the world.
