Yeah, I've gone to quite a few. It's just the name for a Catholic religious service.

I am catholic but I have never had a vision like this ... I have felt profound changes in my life since i've been going to mass the past four months
edit: felt as in seen and have had profound changes for the good happen to me like literal things happen

What priority does Jesus take in all of this?

What do you need more, mass and church, or Jesus?

People learn from each other and can grow in their faith when they worship together. You know, Jesus frequently worshiped God in the company of other people. Regularly going to church or Mass is one way to regularly stay in touch with your God and to keep your faith. Matthew 18:20 is pretty applicable in this case:

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them."
