i should of explained it a bit. God is love and we are all divine spirits created from/within him. As divine spirits we have the power to choose our reality. If you can not forgive yourself then if god forgave you it would make no difference. You would still believe you are not worthy of being forgiven. Just find a lesson from what you think you did wrong and forgive yourself. love is what heals and allows room for growth. by judging yourself you prevent love from shedding light on your problems and dark aspects of yourself.
