Is considered a sin? Can't really find where it is written in the Bible exactly what is considered a sin.. I know it's basically anything which is wrong in God's eyes but... What exactly does that consist of?

The literal interpretation of the word used for sin is " to fall short of the mark " .

Jesus said: "If your right hand causes you to SIN, cut it off. For it is better to enter heaven with 1 arm, than to enter hell with 2."

at its simplest form a sin is anything that separates you from God.
(actions, thoughts etc.)

Either doing something that God told you not to do, or not doing something that God told you to do. There are hundreds of commandments, and to be quite honest it's not that hard to break a dozen or so before you finish your breakfast.

More simply, disobeying God.
