I don't fully, really believe in god at all.
But I feel him some times.
Im agnostic.

The point is, I think my GF wants to break up.
And I don't see why. If god does everything
for a reason then he must have done this for
a reason. I feel despessed and at times suicidal.

I don't know what to do at this time. Do I pray?

You do not pray.

God does not exist, it is going to take you some time to figure that out.
If she is breaking up with you because of the "god" thing, then she really wasn't all that special.

Do not kill yourself bro, trust me, I have been down this exact road.
The tough part is living without "god" as a crutch. Once you start to manage without it, your life will be enriched beyond anything you can imagine..

CookieMunsta, if you could, can you tell me a little more about your faith? It sounds to me like you believe in God but refuse to acknowledge him. I can't really help you if I don't know a little more.
