will be the first time in over 15 years, hopefully its not the same as how it used to be, boring talk you have to sit through that lasts hours with no break

i used to go to those kind of churches and its so boring and useless to be there

you never learn a thing and you usually dont even listen

I started going to WAYYY better churches that actually make you think and change your life

just avoid going to any catholic or "holy" churches and you should be ok

usually the churches that dont really look like a church are the best ones from my experience

yep. avoiding main denominations is a good idea. look for more personal places.

Church is a place to go to worship God with other people who want to worship God. It shouldn't be based off of whether or not you have fun or if it is boring. Find a church that fits what you are looking for and also preaches the Gospel the way God says.

I tried that and did not feel as I was welcomed so I never went back again

im in a Non denominational, i find my church easier to get that "want" feeling from

These denominational branches keep growing/have growed alot, but the bible/God's true word stays the same.
Makes me wonder if the branches want to be more Jesus like or just not knowing what they are doing.
What is going on with all these branches,why not ?Unification? maybe none without final word/Jesus
How can there be cooperation if churches are changing their base name left and right.
I once went to a place where 6 church's youth/college met every month. It was a good 4 years but then it collapsed. I was there at the end, 130 ppl attendence went down to 20.
