Those feelings are completely normal for someone your age to feel. Don't think you're a bad person or anything along those lines. Just accept them and deal with them how you will.

look for someone your age who is pursuing christ and form some accountability where you challenge each other to not lust or masturbate and pray for each other. its the best way to overcome this struggle that every guy deals with

Teenage years? It is normal. News flash you can still do everything as a Christian. You are still allowed to go out to Night Clubs, drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs, even murder people. You can still be a Christian because being a Christian means you have accepted God into your life. Sooner or later you will get over this addiction you have. Maybe not today or tomorrow or this year. Sooner or later you won't be doing what you are doing now.

It is all temporary.

This is not true at all. Please learn what a Christian is. To be a Christian means you are to be like Christ to the best of your ability. Everyone will make mistakes because we are not Christ, but to say you are allowed to party, drink, do drugs, and murder is completely wrong. It is true that God will always forgive us, but that does not mean that you have a free card to do w/e you want and they it will all be forgiven. Please quit leading people astray.

Now on subject.
It is normal for you to have lust and other bodily needs. It is up to you to get closer with God to help you with your problems. Try talking with your Youth Counselor about it. He should be able to help you get closer with God.

Christians still do those things nonetheless. Does that mean that they are suddenly non-Christians because they drink?

no it doesn't mean you're not a christian it means that you need to repent of those things and turn to God so they aren't controlling your life
