James 2:10 (King James Version) For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
This was a major theme in Paul's letters to the Romans and Galatians for sure. Here are some examples.
Romans 3:20-22 (King James Version)
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Galatians 3:11 (King James Version) But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
Romans 6:14 (King James Version) For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Galatians 5:13 (King James Version) For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
Galatians 5:16-18 (King James Version)
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
Both book are good to study on the subject.
If you wish to dig deep into the subject, reflection on the letter to the Hebrews, while digging into the Torah(Genesis-Deuteronomy) I would rate as many lifetimes of fun.
