Should be characterized by meekness and dependency on Jesus

https://www.thegospelcoalition.org/article/teen-masculinity-andrew-tate/?amp

"Tate became famous through misogynistic rants. He advocates for violence against women, and says he only dates women aged 18 or 19 so that he can “make an imprint” on them. On December 29, 2022, Andrew Tate, his brother, and two other suspects were detained as part of a human trafficking and rape investigation in Romania."

Amen. Here is a cool link exploring the biblical definition of meekness: https://www.regent.edu/journal/inner-resources-for-leaders/spiritual-meekness-a-virtue-for-christian-leaders/
Modern definition, perhaps intentionally to undermine the Christian worldview (The Beatitudes), describes meekness as weakness.
I think people like Tate tend to be idolized by nonbelievers for the same reasons other evil people are idolized--Romans 1:25 comes to mind. We have one part of anti-Christ culture glorifying feminine men / "gender transitioning", then the pendulum swinging the other way in making celebrities out of degenerates like Tate who are seemingly the opposite. Both groups are guilty of the same Godlessness in being unregenerate men chasing empty idols of masculinity.
