he's saved my life countless times. one time was when I was younger and drank liquor like water at a party and I had .38 BAC when the police busted the party and I was unconscious (the ambulance came and took me, and the only way the police busted the party is because some fool didn't park right, they parked like 6 inches too far out in the road). another time, I was drinking and on the phone with my girlfriend and I wanted to go see her and her friend, so I got behind the wheel and began driving. not even a mile down the road, I was going 90 MPH around a 30 MPH turn, the roads were slick. it felt like slow motion and I knew I was dead, I was like a pinball bouncing off of the guardrails and then the car flipped over the guardrail, snapped a tree or two in half (small ones), and I was upside down at the bottom of a river, drowning. luckily in the crash the windshield was broken, and I think I was unconscious for a bit, but I managed somehow to get pushed out of the windshield right after I unbuckled myself (the doors wouldn't open, they were pinned shut, and the seatbelt was incredibly difficult to undo). after I was pushed out of the window I was slightly cut up, but it was like this; drowning upside down, bottom of a river, 2AM in the morning, nobody around, then out of the car, then on the road looking down at the car. probably the scariest thing in my life, but there's no way I should have lived through both of those things that happened to me, if there is a God, he saved me on both occasions.
