Do you read his word?

Almost everyday I do. 3-4 days a week not counting Sunday. Do you?

Reading it and understanding it are two different things. Did you actually read my first post...?

Reading induces studying which leads to understanding. My reply was for invisiblehand. He had a question I though I might could have helped answer. I read your first post, Im not here to change your mind about tattoos as it is already made up and having tattoos will not keep one out of heaven. I only replied to try and offer invisiblehand advice based on my belief. Sorry if I have offended you.

First become a Christian the bible way with baptism for the remission of sin and you will be forgiven of all your sins, including having the tattoo.

For me, knowing God's word and what he says about tattoos I would never get one. It is not about the type or kind of tattoo...it is about being obedient to God's word.

I see this quite a lot from you and I will respuctfully disagree.

Ackowledging you are a sinner, repenting, and accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior first. Baptism next. Baptism does not save someone, sorry.

Off topic, my apologies.

Well....God says it does but you will have to make your own decision.

Points to ponder...

How would Leonardo Da Vinci feel about defacing his portrait the Mona Lisa with another's artwork?

I know a very good artist that inks, yet does not have one. On his good days, I would call him possibly agnostic.

... on the other hand...

I've heard some wonderful insights, on topics such as love and sacrificing for others, from those who used to murder people, who came to know Jesus sooooo?

In a thread where I have proven my hours of study in order to tear down this barrier of social stigma based on legalism, I do not appreciate you coming in and making opposing statements without any proof you have actually studied it. What biblical support do you have that I haven't already disproven?

I read post #28 where you implied that getting tattoos is disobedient to God's will. What biblical support do you have that I haven't already disproven?

You have not disproven anything...its simply your interpretation. Besides, it's not something you will loose your salvation over and your mind is made up. So, what is the point in debating it further. I think you are just mad because I don't agree with tattoos. Honestly, you shouldn't be mad "if you are" because you shouldn't care what I believe.

Like I said, I only replied to address invisiblehand's reply. My reply was for him, not you.
