I also believe all sins are forgivable, but what about the people who don't repent and seek forgiveness for their sins?

Piggybacking off of this a little bit - God is completely perfect, holy, sinless, and so on. In order to ever be in his presence, we must be made righteous. The perfect sacrifice is Jesus Christ, who gave his life for our sins. If we do not repent for our sins, Jesus' sacrifice will not make us right in front of God. If we are not right in front of God, we can not be in his presence in heaven. Thus, those who are not rightwised go to Hell.
