Yeah but it is implied. Jesus says that he will 'bring in the newCovenant.' What do you mean the hallucinations of a sick priest? Don't you reckon that there are many people who would have investigated this for us?

Many people have investigated and they have brought their findings to us so we don't have to so much investigate but go to Bible Study and discuss our point of view.

Are you putting words into my mouth? Tell me where I mentioned that God doesn't love us. I only mentioned the two Covenants, nothing about love or hate as I never used those words.

If you want to know whether or not I think God loves me I remember John 3:16.

I know of a site called gotquestions and one of the things asked is that very question of what happened to those that died before Jesus? I'll let you decide on what to do with that information as to whether or not you want to research it or not. If you do not then that means you don't truly care.
If you do decide to look it up then that means that you are ready to learn more and can indeed approach The Message with an open heart.

Sending someone to a burning eternity of horribleness isn't something that should be done to someone you love though, is it? So it's kind of contradictory
Yeah I'll look it up, I am curious on what happened to those before Jesus. The website is called gotquestions.com?

So they talked to God to get his take on it? Thats pretty impressive.
Its been proven time and time again that the bible can be interpreted about a million different ways. Unless it is explicitly stated in the bible, how can you trust the interpretations of one MAN?

Exactly, God didn't want us to burn in hell for an eternity. What did God do about it? He sent his one and only son to take that punishment for us.

Oh and yes it is gotquestions.org - not .com. Either way any questions you have not only does it answer it but is answers it very well. I may not have all the answers myself but I know where to turn if I do got questions!

It is simple, you can't trust the interpretations of one man. That is why I go to many different sources and get their take on what The Bible says. What if all if these sources, which have been proven to be reliable, all say the same thing?

What if all of these sources not only in The Bible but also in the flesh of the here and now say that you can put your trust in The LORD? It is more believable now but you can only give it a go from here on in. You still need to do your part.
