This makes no sense. God. An all knowing being that did not foresee this event (And he did not foresee that Adam and Eve took a bite of that aple) It is ridiculous.
Then later he becomes the greatest pal of all time.
Tell me why a being, who is all powerful and all "knowing" <Insert laugh here>, should change behaviour like that?
Also. Did u know that many of the statements in the bible rests on old greek beliefs ? tell me why ppl then had a better understanding of the earth than u want to credit scientists for today?
For me the bible is a load of crap. U should read all the horrible things that it says and then tell me if u think God is worth believing in.
I bet u never read it - No normal person would make any reason of it.
But this does not mean a god does not exist. It only means a god, as described in the bible, does not.
I read the Koran too. And to me the muslim beliefs makes more sense than the christian and catholic. But this does not mean I believe in it.
Conclusion is;
If u are a true christian. Go read the bible and tell me that u think god is a great guy after. And tell me why u would worship him.
If u only believe in god so that u can avoid the eternal flames of hell, then you are a coward.
God has more in for us than we could ever understand. In saying that, to question His reasoning is ignorant.

Jesus went to the Cross and died for our sins because of what he believed in/loved us. He tells us to spread His Word and that means if whomever wants to ridicule you while you do it, then let them. God will be the judgement of placement for them.

edit: As do I. I am no better than anyone else, but I can speak that God has changed my life in mysterious ways which I have asked for in a different manner.
