There aren't 2 million fossils, there are maybe 10 or so, and most of those could be compared to present day skeleton and reveal nearly identical skeletal construction.  How scientists manage to extrapolate from those that they were a different species lies mostly in their own bias.  Take a walk down the street in any city, and you'll find at least one person with a smaller head, one person who's stooped over, and so on.  That doesn't make those people a different species.  People see what they want to see, and macroevolution proponents are no exception to the rule.

I rest my case. I don't even know what to say to a person that thinks there have only been 10 fossils that could help explain evolution. If there was like only 10 fossils then yeah, I would think they were just individual deformities...but ROFL - there's people that find more than 10 scientifically proven fossils to support that the life has evolved (in their life time).

hate to tel yah bud, but they found a large human foot print next to a dinosaur footprint with a rock with air bubbles in it, and it had 2x the amount of oxygen, because it had never rained before that.
All of the dinosaur bones are found in sedimentary rock, which indicated by itself that water was present. Unless all dinosaurs can swim, it only makes sense that obviously something had to happen that wiped them out, that includes water.

I think the other christians would like you to stop replying to this thread :D You're making them look even less credible. Were you also the guy that said they found Noah's Ark...?

Sorry but not even religious groups back up any of the findings by scientists claiming to have found footprints with dinosaur footprints... Maybe your priest or whatever does, but that's just his opinion...especially if the higher-ups in the religion won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

If anything supposedly proving some part of the bible is discovered, it is greeted with the same level of speculation as any evolutionary finding or theory. When your footprints don't last a month during scientific study, it's fail. Now, for something you believe in to be disregarded in a month, think about the things that have been standing up to the same scientific studies for hundreds of years...

if they ever did find the boat, dont' you think there will be a mass turn to Christianity and the Bible?????
this is exactly what i'm trying to get at, if people believe on existing proofs about the bible, then there would be no use for faith, then faith would not be based on believing 100% in Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone, instead they will believe in a boat

there is also talk of the Ark of the Covenant, if someone were to find that, dont you think there will be a massive turn into Christianity?
if they found the tree of life where the garden of eden is, the world would be believing on something else other than Jesus Christ

do you not understand you cannot simply win people over with logic and proofs?

If a 4,800 year old wooden boat the size of 5 aircraft carriers is ever discovered, I SWEAR TO YOU. I WILL BECOME RELIGIOUS.

already found.
and its not religion, its a relationship with Christ, maybe the rest of the Christians here possibly dont get it, but religion is gross, disgusting, and why Jesus had to die.
He died because of the fact that the Jews were too busy being Jews to realize the the Messiah they were looking for was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM.
Mark 7:8 says not to behold the traditions of man, thats religion.
God didnt come down, and die, go to Hell and pluck the keys of death from satan's hands so you have to live under religion.
He did that so you can realize what love is, and to realize that without him, you ARE nothing. psalm 16:2 says our goodness is NOTHING apart from Him.
Nothing we have, can say, do , act, etc. will change anyone's lives -- including our own, that comes from Christ Himself.

vinster -- sorry if everyone else has brought up points and arugements, because I did also, and sometimes I can get wrapped up in an arguement --
intead of taking it back to the basis of why I'm defending it, and explaining that.

btw -- ill let you know that i used to be heavily into smoking pot, ciggarrettes, getting drunk, etc.
but when i got saved, i 100% stopped, no questions.
in fact, my drug dealer even got saved, and there is no doubt in my mind after seeing all of the things that have happened to me, and the people around me
that the Lord Jesus Christ died, went to Heaven, and loves you, me and everyone.

I'd encourage you to stop arguing on a Christian sub-forum, because like I said, nothing anyone here has to say is going to change your life,
only God can do that.

Thank you for you time, and God bless You.
