I really appreciate the advice/care/help

We presented our requests to God and it seems as though he saw fit to provide her with truly the perfect job opportunity.

She is at the job shes always wanted. Its $15k more than the previous job and less than 2 miles from the house :o

Its not the christian academy. She felt strongly that God wanted her to be there for 30% less money but we decided that God presented her with 3 options and let her chose.

I really feel everything worked out for the best.

Now to decide if she is going to be the wife or not....I dont know how to make that decision lol

a good teacher is simply a good person. What student doesn't want a wise teacher

A teacher with less care and judgement throwing a bunch of facts around is like a aloof parent throwing commands they don't back with themselves.

Ranking of teachers:

1) wise teacher with facts , b/c truth can be deep

2)nice teacher

3)any type of teacher making 51% of students un-happy.
The students plan their lives and day around school, following law to do what?
Students are not slaves, teachers should not be surprised if they are being under paid

Hey there bud,

Just thought I would throw in my thought's on this situation.

First off, nobody should have to work somewhere that they completely hate, despise, or puts them in tears.

Not only is that unhealthy, but it puts a strain on the relationship and the quality of life.

I completely understand you not wanting to step on God's toes and her feeling that God has her there for a reason.

And I couldn't agree with that more. We all have obstacles in life to overcome. Some good, some bad.

But the outcome after all those good / bad things is a great reward.

I don't really have a biblical story in my mind that would reference this situation.

But the one verse I do refer to quite often (because I tend to get discouraged with certain situations) is Romans 8:25

"If we hope for what we do not see, we will eagerly wait for it with perseverance"

It's an EXTREMELY powerful saying. And that one line says it all.

You will never see what the future holds, yet hold out for the good things to come (which they will).

Remind her of that verse, tell her to remain tough, and continue on her path overcoming any obstacle thrown at her.

Good luck to the both of you!
