I dispise people that wear normal crosses just as much!
even a 'right' cross is a stupid simbol, I think Jesus should be remembered by his teachings, not by his sufferings on the cross. (so the church tells us that his death on the cross is the most important - cause he saved us from our sins etc - thats just the usual church bullshit I guess.)
and there is no such thing as holy cross, nor unholy cross, it's just metal or wood anyway.
I'm sorry, but you're wrong. The cross represents Jesus conquering death and being resurrected. Satan, through those that persecuted Jesus, thought it was their time of greatest victory, to slay the Son of God, but it turned out to be God's greatest victory (by design and prophecy). His death and resurrection is the foundation towards Him dying for our sins so that we don't have to. The cross represents this.
What did Jesus teach while he was on the Earth? Why, he taught what was in the Old Testament, what man was supposed to already know, and be following. The OT is full of disobedience, as much then, as there is today. Jesus came to fulfill the old scriptures, and a key part of this was his death and resurrection. In fact, this is rather a cornerstone of Christianity. John 3:16 sums it up nicely. Man is fallen, and without the redemption Jesus offers,
none of us can hope to be righteous enough by our own deeds and actions.
The point of this topic is that symbols are not necessarily bad. It is what is meant by their usage that matters. It doesn't matter if you're an OG thug or a minister, if you believe that Jesus died for your sins, you have every right to wear the cross.
Romans 1:16 > I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
There are many verses along this line, do not be ashamed for what you believe. Be bold, and do not be afraid.
