Instead of believing that god is this ultra being, believe it is you.. so when you think, I can do this! to get through it, think it's because it is actually
the power coming from you. Instead of "something" else taking credit for the hard work YOU DID with your body and mind.
Don't always keep relying on something else that is a true sign of weakness man
@HighschoolTurd...
dude just get off the forums you troll, you just do everything for post count. stop posting in any forum. "thanks you"
Sorry but I have to respond to this..
God is the ultra being, he is also the omnipresent.. he is everything..Jesus died for our sins, so we can live a free will life... your statement:

When I am in the GYM or when I workout with my baseball team (conditioning/etc) I never think about myself, heck even when I am pitching on the mound or in a real game I don't even think of "myself".. If I would think of myself I would end up way to egotistical and perform worse. Being humble is the key.. (Yes there are some times to be a father figure/etc) but when it comes down to it, your body is a temple of the holy ghost and the only thing you should be looking "up to" is God.. The hard work and credit was already accomplished by jesus dieing for our sins, nothing physical in this life is JOY... You can
only accomplished things by the Holy Spirit when you obey and take on His heart.... not by "praising" other people. Yes it is okay to look up to people like your mom or dad or family members, but like I said previously it all comes down to your relationship with god. So I really pray and hope you come close to him Sheba, or atleast go to your local church... God bless
PS: When we do our conditioning or you're at that point of "no return" or that feeling like you just want to "pass out". Whenever I think of god and my faith, he always pushes me, it just doesn't happen if I think of a physical object or Thing... hope you understand.
