Some people are born with issues.. disabilities.. homosexuality.. mental problems.. etc...
If God creates everyone, and knows they will have these issues, what if that person cannot take it anymore and is literally suffering on this planet? Will it be wrong for that person to take their own life?

you are presenting a very limited view of suicide
for example , if someone had incurable cancer , and was unable to care for themselves , so that family is looking after them
but their family is poor , and cannot really shoulder this burden
can u honestly say that taking their own life is simply selfishness ( so that they no longer feel any pain )
or would you see it as an act of sacrifice ?
